A Roof of Hope for Rancho La Hermosa
Shade, comfort, and dignity for the children of Rancho La Hermosa.
At Rancho La Hermosa, the outdoor dining and gathering area is more than a place to eat. It is where children share meals, spend time together, and connect with the visiting groups who come to support them. Right now, this space needs a proper roof to provide shade, comfort, and protection during the hot summer months. This project will help create a safer, more comfortable space where the children can gather, eat, and thrive.
Why It Matters
A covered space will help protect the children from the heat while creating a more welcoming area for daily meals, community visits, and shared moments.
Impact includes:
- Shade and protection during hot weather
- A more comfortable outdoor dining space
- A safer place for children to gather and connect
- A welcoming area for visiting groups and supporters
- Long-term support for meals, activities, and community moments
A Shared Effort
The total project budget is approximately $3,600 USD / $61,500 MXN.
The orphanage has committed to covering 30% of the cost, and Baja Angels of the Sea is helping raise the remaining 70%, about $2,600 USD.
Every donation, big or small, helps bring this project one step closer to completion.
More Than a Roof
Together, we can help build more than a roof. We can help build comfort, dignity, and community for the children of Rancho La Hermosa
