At Baja Angels of the Sea, we believe every child deserves the chance to move, play, and dream. Through our sports and recreation programs – including surf camps, soccer practice, and swimming lessons — we help children in Baja California grow stronger in body, mind, and spirit.
Confidence, Teamwork, and Joy
Sports create more than athletes; they build character. Many of the children we support come from orphanages and shelters where recreational opportunities are limited. On the field and in the waves, they discover teamwork, confidence, and joy. Every game, every surf lesson, becomes a step toward healing, belonging, and self-belief.
Lessons That Last a Lifetime
With the support of local coaches and volunteers, children learn leadership, discipline, and respect — values that carry into school, friendships, and their future. Through play, they find purpose and the courage to dream bigger than their circumstances.

Orphanage Sustainability Projects
From hydroponic gardens to other lasting solutions, these projects help orphanages grow their own food and stand on steadier ground. Children gain fresh, healthy meals along with hands-on skills and a real sense of care for the world around them.

Invisible Roots Youth Arts Fund
Founded by art director Lili V. Noden, Invisible Roots brings art, music, and theater to children and teens from shelters and orphanages. These workshops give young people a creative place to belong, express themselves, and discover talents they never knew they had.

At Rancho La Hermosa, 26 children are learning English, and with it, a wider world of opportunity. Your gift provides lessons, tablets, and the tools they need to gain a skill that opens doors to school, work, and a brighter future.
