The Core Mission Support Fund keeps Baja Angels of the Sea running strong — covering transportation, storage, communication, and enrichment programs that connect donations to those in need. Every contribution sustains vital operations serving orphanages and women’s shelters across Baja California.
This new hub will offer free training in practical crafts and culinary arts, transforming donated materials and community support into sustainable income pathways for women rebuilding their lives.
This project is near and dear to former LA Rams NFL player LeRoy Irvin’s heart. He has dedicated his time and determination to get this vision off the ground and bring it to reality. By donating to this cause, you we will be able to bring this long sought after dream to life.

We need to share something difficult with you — because you deserve the truth, and because you are the reason we exist.Right now, Baja Angels of the Sea is carrying a negative PayPal balance. The programs haven't stopped. The children at the orphanages still need us. The women at the shelter still need us. But we are struggling, and we can't do this alone.Here is exactly what happened. Our donation forms were set to monthly giving by default – something most donors never notice. A supporter meant to give once, but was quietly charged every month. When they tried to reach us to cancel, an internal message got lost and was never acted on. They kept being charged, grew frustrated, and eventually filed a dispute through their credit card company. We understand completely. We take full responsibility. We are not contesting anything.But here is what that means in practice. We have no reserve funds – not a single dollar held back. Every donation we receive goes straight to the field, to the people who need it. The money that was disputed had already become food, repairs, supplies, and hope for the families we serve in Baja California. When the chargeback arrived, our balance fell to -$726.98. It won't hurt us as an organization nearly as much as it will hurt them.We have already fixed the forms. Every donation campaign now defaults to one-time giving.
