El Sauzal Orphanage - Valle de Guadalupe
Last week, our septic tanks experienced a critical failure. In response, we’ve assembled a team of local experts to spearhead our recovery project.
In this emergency project we are assisted by these amazing professionals:
Evnika Marina Medina Romo founder of the school “Jamaak Green School.” In Valle de Guadalupe. She is an Oceanologist by profession, with a Master’s Degree in Aquaculture and a Doctorate in Life Sciences with a specialization in Marine Biotechnology. She has been dedicated to hydroponics since 2005 in Valle De Guadalupe and has been working hand in hand with Baja Angels of the Sea to create sustainable Hydroponic gardens for the orphanages that we support, which will also become an educational platform as the kids will get involved in the process of anything we create and learn how to run it. We also have Alfredo Frias Velasco working with us. He is a Consultant in Marine Biology monitoring projects in Comprehensive Environmental Consulting, from the University of Ensenada.Please consider donating to this emergency project
All donations go directly to support this ongoing urgent situation of the septic tanks and creating the hydroponic garden from the circulated water.

These efforts are making a real impact! On December 14th, the children of El Sauzal orphanage were treated to a truly unforgettable Christmas celebration, hosted by the wonderful Laurie and Levy at the enchanting Lago Amor in Valle. Thanks to an incredible team of volunteers, this event became a magical experience, filled with joy and love.
